Return Policy

RETURNS

We accept returns on all items. If you would like to return your item please contact us at sales@kingspipes.com. In order to process a return for your item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returned within 30 days of purchase date
• Item must still be brand new and unused
• Buyer pays for return shipping 

If all conditions are met, we will process the return and provide a refund for the purchase.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If item is damaged upon arrival, please contact sales@kingspipes.com immediately and we will work with you to have a new item shipped out. Please do not throw away any broken item BEFORE contacting us.
