I bought a 9mm for my sister who struggles to hold on to things with her disorder and easily drops things and breaks her bongs. I loved it when she let me borrow it that I now have two. Crushed ice in the neck makes a harder pull, but I finally quit coughing and I can use the full extend of my pranayama/yoga breath work too!
